IT’s Your Future offers a unique opportunity for adults 18+ by providing free Information Technology education, training and job placement support to members of under-resourced communities. Each set of technical courses will equip you for in-demand technology jobs in cybersecurity, software development, cloud administration, networking, data analytics, and more.

Ricky Gonzalez, President
Ricky Gonzalez, Mr.G, has 28 years in Information Technology ranging from system and network administration to cloud security. As a Technical Instructor in corporate as well as public schools, he shares his real-world experiences with adults in learning environments both online and in-person classrooms. His passion is to help adults learn, start, and grow a career in Information Technology. Born and raised in New York City, Ricky has lived in the Mid-Hudson Valley since 1995.
Thomas Schneck, Treasurer, Secretary
Thomas Schneck has been the Co-President of DocuWare Group from 1990 until 2019. Since his retirement from DocuWare in 2019, Thomas has been involved in various non-profit organizations such as IT’s Your Future, Visit Nyack, and Phoenix Festival and as well as in board and advisor roles for technology companies such as AS Software and Vizetto. Born and raised in Munich, Germany, Thomas and his family have been residing in Nyack, NY, since 2001.
Beth Enser, Board Member
Beth Enser is a Top 50 Learning & Development Professional for 2023 by OnConferences.com. Working as the Director of Learning and Talent Development at The Children’s Village, Beth leads numerous projects in designing, executing, and assessing agency-wide training and workforce development including pre-employment orientation, professional, clinical, and para-professional training programs, organizational and leadership development, and coaching. Beth is a long-time resident of the Hudson Valley.
Earl Miller, Board Member
Experienced Administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Coaching, Program Evaluation, Conflict Resolution, and Event Management. Strong business development professional with a Masters of Science(M.S.) in Organizational Leadership and Master of Arts (M.A.) in Marriage and Family Therapy (focusing on organization systems theory). A long time resident of the Hudson Valley, Earl is CEO of Humanity Focused Solutions.
Dominique Boardeau, Board Member
Compliance Executive in the Healthcare Marketing space, where she is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of compliance programs and activities with adherence to federal and state requirements (e.g. FDA, DEA, DSCSA, HIPAA, and Part 11 regulations). Dominique has been involved in various non-
profit organizations whose focus aligned with her passions for community outreach, educational
enrichment, college preparatory programs, professional development and mentorship. She has strong conviction in the belief that education is the great equalizer, creating a path to better job opportunities, and a secure future for the next generation. Dominique was born and raised in Nyack, NY and continues to serve in her community.
Rich Peterson, Board Member
President at Scotchtown Technology Rich owns and operates his IT services business out of Middletown NY. Earning his Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Rich has managed several retail stores related to communications technology and has served in the Air National Guard as a Satellite Communications Technician. Rich is passionate about helping people and has supported IT’s Your Future for years.
